(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Packers held onto first place in the NFC North with a 44-31 spanking of the Vikings behind two Aaron Rodgers touchdown passes to Jordy Nelson. The first connection was for seven yards and the second went for 76. Nelson finished with seven catches for 123 yards. Rodgers was an efficient 24-for-29 with 285 yards and no turnovers. Eddie Lacy grinded out 94 rushing yards on 29 carries and scored a TD. Green Bay is 5-and-2, a half-game ahead of the Lions. Cordarrelle Patterson returned the opening kickoff 109 yards for a touchdown while Christian Ponder completed 14-of-21 passes for 145 yards with one rushing TD making his return to the lineup. It was Ponder's first action since Week Three. Adrian Peterson ran for 60 yards and hit pay dirt as Minnesota fell to 1-and-6.
