President Barack Obama and Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney have suddenly gone all chubby and cuddly - in the form of these special-edition Cabbage Patch dolls. The election-themed set also includes First Lady Michelle Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, and Vice Presidential Candidate Paul Ryan. The dolls will go on sale on Ebay as part of a charity auction with the proceeds going to 'Rock the Vote', a non-partisan group that aims to encourage young people to vote. "We're excited to work with Rock the Vote and do what we can to empower all generations and encourage them to be involved in our country's electoral process," said Jennifer Caveza, Senior Vice President of Marketing.
