LINDSAY MAKES IT TO COURT/TRIAL DATE SET
Lindsay Lohan actually turned up for her hearing in California yesterday. “Glad to see you’re feeling better,” judge Stephanie Sautner told Lindsay, who initially planned to stay in New York due to an “upper respiratory infection.” Much of the hearing dealt with Lindsay’s representation officially being turned over to attorney Mark Heller. In addition, the State of California set a March 1st pre-trial date, and a March 18th trial date for Lindsay’s case. She is accused of lying to cops following a car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway last year. Lohan is not required to appear at the pre-trial hearing. The judge did inform her though, that even if she’s found not guilty of lying, her probation in her jewelry case could still be revoked.
LINDSAY AND MOM TURNED AWAY FROM HOTELS
Meanwhile, Lindsay took a late night flight from New York to Los Angeles Tuesday so she’d be able to appear in court, but had a hard time finding a hotel once she landed. According to TMZ, Lindsay and mom Dina first went to Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica, but were turned away. Apparently Lindsay has been blacklisted from the hotel ever since she trashed one of their rooms in 2007. Then they went to the nearby Loews Hotel, where they were out of luck because there were no available rooms. There’s no word on where they finally wound up.

RIHANNA ON BROWN: IT’S MY MISTAKE
Rihanna opens up about her relationship with Chris Brown in this month’s Rolling Stonemagazine. "I decided it was more important for me to be happy," the 24-year-old says about her decision to reunite with the man who beat her up in February 2009. "I wasn't going to let anybody's opinion get in the way of [my happiness.] Even if it's a mistake, it's my mistake. After being tormented for so many years, being angry and dark, I'd rather just live my truth and take the backlash. I can handle it." But Rihanna adds that she won’t stand for any more abuse from Brown. "He doesn't have the luxury of f--king up again," she says. "That's just not an option. I can't say that nothing else will ever go wrong. But I'm pretty solid in the knowing that he's disgusted by that. And I wouldn't have gone this far if I ever thought that was a possibility."
In her new book Drinking & Tweeting and other Brandi Blunders, Brandi Glanville reveals that after Eddie Cibrian left her for LeAnn Rimes she found a unique way to get revenge. Brandi said she decided to fight back by getting vaginal rejuvenation surgery and charging it to Eddie’s credit card. “This pretty intense surgery had an even more intense price tag: $12,000,” explains Glanville. “A brand-new vagina would be an Eddie-free vagina… I decided that since Eddie had ruined my vagina for me, he could pay for a new one.”
