LINDSAY LOHAN: Yeah, She's Sick!
UPDATE: 9:25 PM ET - Lindsay must read TMZ. Sources say she was so scared by the gossip blog's story about her possibly getting arrested that she's jumping on a jet to L.A. tonight (Tuesday). Lindsay was trying to get out of appearing in an L.A. court Wednesday morning, claiming she was too sick to fly. But TMZ torpedoed her lame excuse by posting photos of the actress looking healthy and smoking while shopping in New York City on the same day she was supposedly diagnosed with a respiratory infection.

Lindsay Lohan could be in big trouble tomorrow (Wednesday). The trainwreck is claiming she's too sick to appear in an L.A. court tomorrow (Wednesday) as required, but photos on TMZ tell another story.
Her new lawyer, Mark Heller, submitted a doctor's note to the judge saying Linds can't fly because she has an upper respiratory infection. But photos taken Saturday -- the same day the doctor allegedly examined her -- show her on an all-day shopping spree in New York. They also picture her smoking -- which isn't recommended if you have a respiratory infection.
If the judge doesn't buy Lindsay's story, an arrest warrant could be issued. Don't be surprised if she gets better real quick.
MELISSA GILBERT: Engaged to Timothy Busfield
Melissa Gilbert and Timothy Busfield are getting married.
The two actors got engaged over the holidays. What brought them together? A source tells Us magazine, "They've known each other for quite some time, as their paths have crossed off-and-on over the past 20 years."
This will be Melissa's third marriage, and third husband whose last name begins with a B. She was previously married to Bo Brinkman and Bruce Boxleitner.
ALEC BALDWIN: New Wife Pregnant
With 30 Rock soon ending, Alec Baldwin has already found his next role -- middle-aged dad to a newborn. His new wife Hilaria Thomas is expecting.
A family friend tells In Touch magazine that Hilaria "has told only really close friends and family she is pregnant, only a close circle she trusts."
The couple wed in June 2012 in New York City. She's 28, he's 54. This will be their first child together. Alec has a 17-year-old daughter, Ireland, with ex-wife Kim Basinger.
JUSTIN BIEBER: I Didn't Touch That Boob!
Did Justin Bieber feel up an unsuspecting fan? His team says no, but an Internet photo seems to say yes.
After the young fan posted the pic to Twitter, Justin's reps were quick to deny the boob groping. The rep tells E! Online, "That definitely did not happen. He was pulling away from her."
The Bieb got up close and personal with the fan during a post-concert meet-and-greet in Miami.
Meanwhile, Bieber has been flashing his own boobs, as well as his six pack, in a series of shirtless photos making the Internet rounds Tuesday.
JASON LONDON: Craps in Police Cruiser
Jason London reportedly took a page fro Al Roker's book and pooped himself in public -- but he didn't do it at the White House; he did it in the back of a police car.
Here's what went down. The Dazed and Confused star allegedly got into an altercation with a bouncer Saturday at a Scottsdale, Arizona bar. When cops arrived, Jason got aggresive and wound up getting arrested for disorderly conduct and assault. On his way to the police station, he allegedly dropped a homophobic slur and cursed at cops. Then, at one point -- according to the police report -- the actor leaned to the left and pooped himself. Jason then said, "I told you I'm happy as [crap]."
Cops say his wife later told them she had spoken with Jason, but he had no recollection of the incident. Jason tweeted Tuesday that the police report is a lie. "I would never say or do the crap they are reporting. Have faith in me. The truth will come out and you will see."
