There's nothing worse for a teenage girl than getting harassed at school for the way her body looks ... except if the administration suggested that it was her fault.

This is what happened to a 13-year-old girl in a Missouri middle school, who had developed earlier than the other girls and was constantly teased about the size of her breasts.

Then when the girl's mom complained to the school, school district officials suggested that the sixth-grader either transfer schools OR get a breast reduction!

Talk about blaming the victim. These school officials should receive an F. (Fox)
