Found this list super interesting overall, and found number 13 quite disturbing; "Small Size Drinks, US. - Like large sized drinks in the rest of the world"!? The US has to have more going for it than that in the food industry! I have several theories as to why this is the most "exotic" thing associated with the US as far as food and drink these days.
