The gold-plated semi truck driving around the country to promote Katy Perry's forthcoming album hit a road block on Friday.
According to "TMZ," the 18-wheeler was hit by a drunk driver while stopping in a Walmart parking lot in Pennsylvania. Law enforcement tells the site that the driver of another truck drove into the front cabin of Katy's and was later arrested for DUI.
The pop star was not on board the promotional vehicle at the time of the accident. Her truck's driver and the cargo on board are reportedly both unharmed. Katy announced that day that she intends to go on with the cross-country drive to promote her new album Prism, tweeted that the truck is "bumped & bruised" but "a champion."
Fans of Katy Perry are got an early listen to her single "Roar" after it leaked online over the weekend.
Katy was planning on debuting the single on Monday, and following the online leak, let fans know that they could officially download it on iTunes starting midnight Sunday.
