Kelly Rowland might like her kisses down low but on the Oscar red carpet, she encountered an "awkward almost kiss" when Jamie Foxx and his daughter stopped to chat.
The singer posted a picture of the kiss that almost was on her Facebook page, with the caption "Ooops! Jamie & I got our signals crossed almost resulting in a big wet one. LOL!!"
