In less than an hour after the big announcement, #LovaticsAreHavingAHeartAttack became a Worldwide Trending Topic on Twitter - proving the power of Lovato's incredibly devoted fanbase. Lovato's previous song "Give Your Heart A Break" went #1, so maybe she's hoping keeping the heart theme with "Heart Attack" will pick up where GYHAB left off.
